Description

Border illustration for a Diver Diploma / Certificate.

Pentel color brush using Higgins India Ink and 0.5 technical pen.

The Mermaid is holding a scroll where the Diploma Title will be.

But since I cannot post the complete artwork without making it look like a thumbnail I decided to omit it --it's just plain area anyway and the border design is simply mirrored except the bottom part.

well i been scuba diving since 1990 and been a swimmer since i was 6 (3 of it semi pro) i never received a certificate this beautiful
