Description
Pinup illustration I did way back in August, 2003.This is when I started using mechanical pencils to produce tight pencil work without the need to ink.
It took me a while to get used to using dark, thin leads without smudging the illustration itself.
This illustration is a fairly simple one. this was an exercise for me, experimenting with my strokes and line weight.
One thing I should have added here when i did this is the Daily Planet building or the batsignal to suggest location.
Oh, Well...
Supergirl and Batgirl are both copyrighted character of DC comics

Maybe slightly more shading on the bike wouldn't be bad.

Though I still can't find a good substitute for my automatic 0.5 Faber Castells, these mechanical pencils doesn't need clicking on the barrel just to extend the lead when it' s used up, the pressure from drawing delivers the lead automatically and I don't need to sharpen.
Another thing is that I can flick the pencil much like a stiff brush when i do cross-hatchings and the lead doesn't break

As usual, awesome work. Love the bike.
Something about your super-chicks reminds me of Adam Hughes or Frank Cho--very cool; wholesome, but bursting with sexuality at the same time.
